Financial Education Built for Your Team
Practical money management training that fits into real business schedules
We work with Australian businesses to build financial confidence across their teams. Not the typical corporate workshop that everyone forgets by Tuesday. These are structured programs that people actually remember and use when they're making decisions about their own money.
Talk About Your Team's NeedsWhat We Actually Cover
Most employees handle their personal finances through a combination of guesswork and stress. We've built these programs after watching what actually helps people make better choices with their money.
Foundation Program
Six sessions spread across three months. Your team learns budgeting basics, debt management, and how to think about savings without the financial jargon that makes eyes glaze over.
- Practical budgeting that accounts for real life
- Understanding credit and debt properly
- Building emergency funds that actually work
- Making sense of superannuation early
Investment Essentials
For teams ready to look beyond savings accounts. We cover investment fundamentals, risk assessment, and how to evaluate opportunities without getting sold something they don't need.
- Asset classes explained clearly
- Risk tolerance that matches real life
- Portfolio basics without the complexity
- Recognizing bad advice when you hear it
Long-Term Planning
Retirement planning, property considerations, and major financial decisions. This one's particularly useful for teams with mixed age groups who need different perspectives.
- Retirement planning that starts now
- Property investment reality checks
- Tax efficiency without the accountant fees
- Life transition financial planning
What Happened After
We follow up with participants six months and a year later. Here's what some of them told us about how things actually changed.
The budgeting session felt basic at first, but six months later I'd cleared two credit cards and actually had savings. A year on, I'm still using the same system. It's probably the most useful professional development I've ever done, which is weird to say about a finance course.
I started the investment module thinking I'd never be someone who could understand shares or property markets. Twelve months later, I'm not rich, but I'm making informed decisions about my super and I actually read the financial news now. My partner thinks I've become insufferable about it.
How We Run These Sessions
Nobody learns much from someone reading PowerPoint slides for an hour. We've structured these programs around actual financial scenarios and group problem-solving.
Sessions run either onsite at your office or online, depending on what works for your team's schedule. We limit groups to 25 people because beyond that, the discussion quality drops off.
Real Scenario Work
We use actual financial situations people face. Participants work through decisions in small groups, then we discuss what worked and what didn't.
Anonymous Questions
People submit questions throughout without names attached. Turns out everyone has the same money concerns, they just don't want to ask first.
Follow-Up Resources
After each session, participants get practical tools and templates they can actually use. No 50-page PDFs that nobody reads.
Programs Starting September 2025
We're scheduling business programs for autumn and have limited spots available. If you're thinking about financial education for your team, let's have a conversation about what would actually help them. No obligation, no sales pitch.
